Humidity Sensor Placement in Industrial Humidifier Systems
Sensor position decides how the controller reacts. Wrong placement can make a good humidifier behave poorly.
Avoid outlet air
A sensor in the mist stream reads too high and stops the system early.
Measure working area
Place sensors where humidity matters to the product or process.
Use more than one point
Large workshops may need multiple sensors because RH is not uniform everywhere.
