For ultrasonic atomization modules, the power supply is not just an accessory. It affects output stability, heat management, cable layout, and long-term reliability. We usually confirm the driver at the same time as the MS module model.

Selection notes

Use the rated voltage required by the atomization module. Do not mix different voltage systems in the same wiring unless the control box is designed for it.

For multi-head or multi-module systems, leave enough margin for continuous operation. Cable length, connector type and cabinet ventilation should be confirmed before batch production.

FAQ

Can the power supply be used outdoors?

It can be used in wet-area equipment designs, but the final installation still needs proper cable sealing, connector protection and mounting position.

Can one driver run several atomizing modules?

Yes, in some systems. The total power, voltage, wiring distance and duty cycle should be checked before confirming the driver.

Do you supply the driver together with the MS module?

Yes. For OEM projects, we usually quote the atomization module and matched power supply together to avoid mismatched voltage or insufficient power.
