Service life depends on water quality, running hours, water level stability and how often the discs are cleaned.
Hard water creates scale on the atomizing discs. Scale reduces output and increases load on the module.
Avoid dry running and unstable water level. These are common reasons for early failure.
Plan regular cleaning based on water condition. Do not wait until output has already dropped sharply.
Project note: For long-hour systems, confirm water treatment, cleaning interval and spare disc plan during project design.
