OEM integration should confirm the mechanical, electrical and maintenance details before sample testing.
Mechanical
Check tank depth, mounting method, outlet space and access for disc replacement.
Electrical
Confirm driver voltage, connector, cable length and protection logic.
Testing
Test with the real tank if possible. A bench test does not show airflow, water refill or service issues.
Project note: Before tooling or cabinet design, confirm module quantity, water level control, driver location and service access.
