Printing Anti-Static Humidification Notes
Printing and packaging workshops often need humidity control to reduce static, paper deformation and dust-related issues.
Target RH
The setpoint should match the material and process. Too much humidity can create other handling problems.
Placement
Avoid direct mist on paper, film, ink or electrical cabinets. Distribution through air is safer.
Control
Sensors should be placed near the working area but away from the mist outlet.
Project note: For printing projects, provide workshop size, material type, current RH, target RH and ventilation condition.
