Water Tank Design Notes for Ultrasonic Atomization Modules
Tank design has a large effect on mist output, service life and maintenance work.
Water depth
Keep water depth stable within the module requirement. Refill logic should avoid large level swings.
Mist space
Leave enough space above the water surface for mist collection and airflow.
Cleaning
Design drainage and access from the beginning. A tank that is hard to clean will create service problems.
Project note: Before final tank drawings, confirm module size, water depth, outlet location, float switch and cleaning access.
