Weak Acid and Weak Alkaline Liquid Compatibility

For non-neutral liquids, compatibility should be checked before mass use. The atomizing disc, sealing and metal parts all matter.

Liquid condition

Provide pH range, concentration, temperature and whether the liquid contains particles or additives.

Material check

Glass-glazed atomizing discs can support some weak acid or weak alkaline applications, but the full structure still needs confirmation.

Testing

Run a sample test under real working hours before production. Short tests may not show corrosion or scale behavior.
