Stable mist output depends on repeatable housing production, careful assembly, matched power supplies and practical load testing. This page shows the main steps used for PHIMAXX ultrasonic atomizing modules and power supplies.
The metal housing supports the transducers, seals and cable assembly. Machining accuracy affects fit, water sealing and the position of each atomizing head. Housings are checked before assembly so damaged threads, uneven surfaces or contamination do not move into the next stage.

Ceramic transducers, sealing parts and wiring are assembled in a controlled sequence. Multi-head modules require consistent work at every position; one loose connection or uneven seal can affect output and reliability. Assemblies are visually checked before electrical testing.

The module and driver are treated as a matched set. The supply must provide stable output under the actual module load, not only show the correct no-load voltage. Components, housing, grounding and cable connections are checked during production.

Power supplies are operated under load to identify unstable output, abnormal temperature or connection problems before shipment. Aging does not replace incoming component inspection or final testing, but it adds another check for products intended for continuous industrial operation.

The final set is checked against the order: module head count, input voltage, power cord or bare-wire requirement, cable length and optional water-level parts. Samples and production orders are packed so the module, ceramic surfaces and connectors are protected during transport.
For an OEM order, the most useful information is the required mist output, local input voltage, tank design, duty cycle, water source and annual quantity. These details allow the module, power supply and optional level control to be prepared as one working configuration.
Yes for projects that already have a verified driver, but the electrical specification must be confirmed carefully.
Testing requirements depend on the product and order. Matched supplies are checked for stable operation before shipment.
OEM cable length and connector requirements can be discussed according to quantity and technical feasibility.
Send your required output, voltage, application and order quantity. We can recommend the module, matched power supply and optional water-level components.
