Module-based humidity support for mixed industrial workshops that need practical, scalable RH control.
MS modules are used in custom factory humidification systems where scalable output, controller matching, and flexible installation are required.
Tell us the process type, room size, target RH, voltage, and installation method so we can recommend a suitable module configuration.
Suitable for mixed workshops that need stable humidity support across different process sections.
Suitable when one factory has separate humidity targets by room or line.
Useful for mixed factory projects.
Add modules by machine area or room section.
Easy to build into custom cabinets or tanks.
Scale output as projects grow.
Selection depends on target RH, room size, available power supply, and expected module quantity. Use this table as a quick starting point for inquiry discussion.
| Project type | Suggested models | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Compact support systems | MS-03 / MS-04 / MS-06 | Small workshops and local machine sections |
| Standard factory zones | MS-08 / MS-10 | General workshops and medium-size projects |
| Large grouped systems | MS-10 / MS-12 | Higher demand factory floors |
“Factory humidification” can mean static control, material conditioning, dust reduction or environmental stability. Each objective produces a different capacity and distribution requirement. Heat load, exhaust air, ceiling height and production schedule must be reviewed before selecting MS atomizing modules.
For mixed workshops, divide the building into zones with similar processes and air conditions. This avoids over-humidifying one section while another remains dry.
A compact zone may use a local humidification cabinet, while a larger workshop can use grouped modules feeding several balanced outlets. Tank design, water-level control, airflow and condensate management should be confirmed together. Increasing module count without improving distribution may not solve uneven RH.
