Yes. MS modules are designed for continuous humidification systems. For 24/7 use, keep the water level stable, use a suitable DC driver, and schedule regular cleaning.
Yes. The module needs a matched external DC driver. We can supply the driver together or confirm the electrical requirements for your own system design.
Typical output is about 400–600 ml/h per head under stable voltage, suitable water depth, and clean water conditions. Actual output can vary with water quality, airflow, and installation layout.

Under normal operating conditions, the ceramic discs typically provide around 5,000 working hours when clean water is used and the recommended water level is maintained. Actual service life depends on water quality, scale buildup, operating conditions, cooling, and cleaning frequency. Replace the discs when mist output becomes noticeably weaker or uneven after cleaning.
