Key Performance

  • System scale: Point‑of‑use / single zone
  • Distribution: 1 outlet / 1 mist point (no manifold or simple single outlet)
  • Best fit when: space is tight and a single stable mist source is enough
  • Upgrade path: MS‑02 for dual‑outlet uniformity; MS‑04+ for multi‑outlet manifolds

Where MS-01 fits best

Point‑of‑use humidification
Small enclosure / single point
Small OEM devices
Compact OEM equipment
Micro‑climate zones
Grow cabinets / shelves
Lab / sample prep assist
Small chambers / fine mist
Tip: Need more uniformity across two outlets or two close zones? Step up to MS‑02 (dual‑head).

Integration Notes

  • Maintain the recommended operating water level above the ceramic disc surface for stable atomization and consistent mist output.
  • Use clean water and include filtration to reduce scaling and extend transducer service life.
  • For manifolds/ducts: keep runs short where possible, avoid sharp bends, and balance branches for uniform delivery.
  • When designing multi‑outlet systems, specify target RH, airflow, tank size, outlet count, and duty hours—we can recommend the right model and layout.
Selection support: send tank size, water depth, airflow, target RH, outlet count, and duty hours — we’ll propose the right model and layout.

Optional glass-coated disc for special liquids

For weak acidic or weak alkaline solutions, this model can be configured with glass-coated ceramic atomizing discs. The option is used when the application needs better corrosion resistance than a standard ceramic disc.

Suitable examples include electrolyzed water, disinfection systems, agricultural nutrient solutions, and some industrial additive mixtures. Please confirm the liquid type and concentration before ordering.

Weak acid / weak alkaliOptional configuration for suitable low-corrosion liquids.
Better durabilityDesigned to reduce corrosion risk in approved liquid conditions.
Serviceable designThe atomizing disc can be replaced during maintenance.
Pre-check requiredNot suitable for strong acids, strong alkalis, oils, solvents, or unknown mixtures.

FAQ

What kind of water should we use?

Clean or filtered water is best. Hard water may work for short-term testing, but scale buildup can reduce output and shorten transducer life.

Can it run continuously?

Yes. The module is designed for continuous operation when the water depth, driver, cooling, and cleaning schedule are properly managed.

Do we need an external driver?

Yes. A matched external DC driver is required. We can provide it together with the module if needed.

What is the output per head?

Typical output is around 400–600 ml/h per head under stable voltage, clean water, and recommended water depth.

Can it work with weak acidic or alkaline solutions?

Yes, with the optional glass-coated ceramic atomizing disc. Please confirm the liquid type and concentration so we can check whether it is suitable.

Is maintenance complicated?

No. The atomizing disc is replaceable, so routine service does not require replacing the whole module.

Are ultrasonic mist maker modules also called foggers or nebulizers?

Yes. In OEM humidification and environmental-control equipment, buyers may use terms such as ultrasonic fogger module, water-based fog generator, or ultrasonic nebulizer unit. The MS-01 is designed for water atomization in industrial humidification systems, environmental chambers, and custom OEM equipment.

What information is needed to source this ultrasonic fogger module?

For an OEM project using the MS-01, provide the required quantity, tank size, water depth, airflow, duty hours, and power-supply preference. The MS-01 is a single-head 24 VDC module with a typical output of 0.5–0.7 L/h and can be supplied with a matched power supply.

After approximately how many operating hours should the ceramic discs be replaced?

Under normal operating conditions, the ceramic discs typically provide around 5,000 working hours when clean water is used and the recommended water level is maintained. Actual service life depends on water quality, scale buildup, operating conditions, cooling, and cleaning frequency. Replace the discs when mist output becomes noticeably weaker or uneven after cleaning.
