PHIMAXX supplies ultrasonic mist maker modules, matched power supplies and complete industrial humidifiers. Customers usually come to us with a target mist output, a tank or machine design, and a required operating voltage. We use those details to match the module, power supply and water-level components to the application.

What we manufacture

From metal parts to assembled modules
These photographs were taken during normal production. Housing preparation, surface treatment, assembly and batch checking are handled as separate steps before packing.
Housing production
Metal housings are machined and prepared before coating and assembly. Dimensional consistency matters because the housing supports the transducers, seals and wiring used in the finished module.
Surface preparation
Housings move through the required surface-treatment process before components are installed. This step supports corrosion resistance and a consistent finished appearance.
Manual assembly
Operators install and connect the parts used in each module. The assembly process is organised by model so the correct head count, wiring and fittings are used.
Batch inspection
Completed modules are checked as a batch before shipment preparation. Orders can include modules alone or modules supplied with matching power and water-level components.
Power-supply matching and ageing tests
Mist output also depends on the power supply. Each configuration is checked for the module load, and matched supplies are run through ageing tests before packing.
