Design points before selecting a module

Module quantity should be based on room volume, fresh-air exchange, crop stage and the difference between current and target RH—not floor area alone. In multi-level rooms, several balanced mist outlets normally provide more even conditions than one high-output point.

Keep the humidity sensor away from direct mist and wet surfaces. The controller should respond to the room condition rather than the discharge plume, otherwise the system may stop too early while distant shelves remain dry.

Water and maintenance

Use clean, low-mineral water where possible and provide access for tank cleaning and disc inspection. Scale on the ceramic discs reduces output and can shorten service life. Drainage and condensate return should also be considered before the equipment layout is finalized.
