Common project needs

  • Clean environments need stable RH to reduce static and support process consistency.
  • Projects often require compact installation with controller matching and clean layout planning.
  • Different clean areas may need different humidity zones and output levels.

How MS modules are used

MS modules are used in custom cleanroom humidification systems where fine mist, grouped output, and OEM integration are more practical than a standard off-the-shelf unit.

Tell us the room class, target RH, airflow condition, voltage, and control method for a practical module recommendation.

Application reference scenes

Cleanroom production reference

Controlled production room

Suitable for clean production rooms that need stable RH and grouped humidity control.

Controlled packaging line reference

Clean process area

Works for cabinet, duct, or AHU-side integration depending on the room layout.

Why choose MS modules for this application

Stable RH support

Suitable for static-sensitive controlled rooms.

Compact integration

Fits clean cabinets and custom RH systems.

Controller matching

Easy to pair with RH sensors and PLC logic.

Scalable layout

Add modules by room, zone, or AHU section.

Recommended MS module direction

Selection depends on target RH, room size, available power supply, and expected module quantity. Use this table as a quick starting point for inquiry discussion.

Project type Suggested models Typical use
Small clean cabinets MS-01 / MS-02 / MS-03 Local clean benches and compact RH systems
Standard controlled rooms MS-04 / MS-06 General cleanroom humidity support
Grouped room projects MS-08 / MS-10 Larger clean zones or multi-room layouts

Cleanroom humidification requires project validation

Cleanroom humidity control must follow the facility's process specification, HVAC design and contamination-control requirements. Room classification alone is not enough to select an atomizing module. Air-change rate, temperature, pressure cascade and acceptable water quality must be reviewed with the cleanroom designer.

MS modules are components for qualified OEM equipment and air-handling systems. They are not a complete validated cleanroom solution by themselves.

Engineering information to confirm

  • Room classification and process humidity specification
  • Supply-air volume, temperature and HVAC operating schedule
  • Required water treatment and sanitation procedure
  • Control signal, alarms and monitoring requirements
  • Available service access, drainage and condensate management

OEM integration, hygiene and controls

The humidification section should prevent standing water, uncontrolled carryover and inaccessible surfaces. Sensor placement, staged capacity and interlocks with the air-handling unit are important for stable control. Materials and cleaning procedures must be reviewed for the specific pharmaceutical, laboratory or controlled-production application.

Send the HVAC conditions and project specification so we can confirm whether an MS module configuration is appropriate before quotation.
