Humidity control for printing and converting lines

Paper curl, dimensional change and static do not depend on RH alone. Paper grade, storage history, web speed, machine heat and fresh-air load all influence the result. Printing-room humidification should therefore be evaluated by material path and production zone, not only by total building area.

Place outlets where mist can mix with air without wetting paper, ink, rollers or electrical cabinets. Separate control for paper storage and active production can improve stability when their operating schedules differ.
