Wood and sheet materials exchange moisture with the surrounding air. Dry seasonal conditions can contribute to dimensional movement, cracking and inconsistent processing, but the correct control target depends on species, material condition and production requirements.
Storage, machining and assembly zones should be evaluated separately. Mist must have enough distance and airflow to evaporate before it reaches timber, boards, floors or electrical equipment.
Atomizing modules should be installed in a serviceable tank or humidification cabinet, not exposed directly to wood dust. Use controlled airflow or duct outlets to distribute fine mist, and keep sensors away from direct discharge. Filtration and regular cleaning help protect the ceramic discs from mineral scale and process contamination.
