Industrial Ultrasonic Atomizing Modules for OEM Equipment

Industrial ultrasonic atomizing modules are designed to be integrated into equipment that already provides a tank, airflow path, control system and enclosure. They give OEM manufacturers a compact way to produce cool fog without building the ultrasonic driver and transducer assembly from the beginning.

The correct module is not selected by head count alone. Output, voltage, water depth, duty cycle, service access and the way mist leaves the tank all need to be considered together.

Single-head and multi-head modules

Single-head modules are useful for small chambers, prototypes and equipment with low output demand. Multi-head modules increase output in one assembly and simplify wiring for larger systems.

For high output, several medium modules can be easier to stage and service than one large module. The best arrangement depends on tank geometry and control requirements.

Voltage and matched power supply

Industrial modules commonly use low-voltage DC supplied by a dedicated driver. The voltage must match the module, and the supply must maintain it under full load.

Do not select a power supply only from its printed wattage. Confirm output voltage, continuous current, connector arrangement and compatibility with the module driver circuit.

Water-level control

The operating water depth above the ceramic disc has a direct effect on output. The final equipment should keep this depth stable as water is consumed.

Use a suitable float, level sensor or refill chamber and protect against dry running. Test the level during fan operation and refill, not only when the tank is static.

Tank and airflow design

Leave clearance around the module for water movement, cleaning and removal. Keep the inlet stream away from the discs and prevent debris from entering the atomization zone.

The fan should remove fog without pulling water droplets into the duct. Provide condensate return and avoid low points where water can collect.

Continuous operation and heat

A module that runs for long shifts requires clean water, stable voltage and adequate heat transfer through the surrounding water. Low water, heavy scale or an enclosed hot tank can shorten service life.

For 24-hour systems, consider staged modules so one section can be serviced while the remaining capacity continues to operate.

Control options

Output can be controlled by switching modules in stages, adjusting duty cycle through a compatible controller, or controlling the complete humidifier from an RH sensor.

Do not use rapid switching without confirming the driver is suitable. A small control dead band can cause unnecessary cycling.

Information needed for selection

Provide target mist output, application, voltage, water quality, tank size, daily working hours and whether the module will operate in clean water or a special liquid.

A drawing or photo of the planned tank often reveals issues that are not obvious from output figures alone.
